Terrible customer service Rachel the sales manager worst manager ever waited a hour with three associates in store helping three total customers there asked if I could expect to be helped in the next hour and Rachel said she didn't know and told me i came wrong time of day and complained about how she wasn't supposed to be there thought I was customer now when I go in she snarls at at me and makes nasty faces rude and completely disrespectful do not give them your business
Trever helped us rite away all the guys in store were very pleasant and helped one another my family switched from Verizon to them so it did take some time as my husband still had a flip phone. Great job. Trevor.....
